What makes U.S. Laboratories unique?

Simply put, we provide both laboratory and radiology services. This fact means that you make one call for all of your diagnostic needs, making the process easier for your nursing staff while you enjoy efficient service and financial savings. We are also unique because we assist long-term care facilities with monitoring metrics for trending of both lab and x-ray exam results.

What is the turnaround time for radiology results?

From the time an order for an exam is placed to the time a verbal result is given takes approximately six to eight hours. A stat exam takes approximately four hours.

How long does it take to receive on-line results?

Our results are available via any Internet location as soon as they are finalized in our laboratory. We can also establish an auto fax capability that sends the results directly to your location upon completion.

What types of insurance do you accept?

U.S. Laboratories accepts Medicare B, Medicaid, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, First Seniority, Blue Cross, Evercare, Fallon, Neighborhood Healthplan, United Healthcare, Cigna and many others.

Do you provide services only in Massachusetts? What radius do you cover?

U.S. Laboratories currently provides services in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. Laboratory services extend as far west as Worcester with radiology covering the entire state.

What specific services do you provide?

U.S. Laboratories provides radiology services including X-rays and ultrasound. We also provide full-service laboratory testing and offer EKG and Holter monitor testing.

Where are your headquarters?

Our headquarters are in Brockton, Massachusetts. Several satellite facilities are stationed geographically around the state to reduce test turnaround time by facilitating timely processing of x-rays and lab specimens.
